Should be a good 12-14 mile ride. Te weather is sooo nice I can't just sit here and pay bills all day.

Enjoy your ride! Speaking of biulls, I've been a good boy and paid mine today so I just reewarded myself by registering for a 4-mile race I've been wanting to do for 10 years! It's the only time the whole year you can run over the Coronado Bridge, so I'm really excited.

Now that would be cool!

I just looked up a picture of that bridge. That WOULD be cool!

May 16, and it's only $40-ish....

So, I took a shortcut home. I am heading to the shower, thent o pick the kids up from school, and then homework with the kiddos and interviewing a potential new babysitter. If all goes well, the kids, the hubby, and I are goignt o see a movie tonight!

Hey Team,

Feeling pretty beat right now...

Did a 20k bike this morning just to get more miles in...before my clinical exam--4 7min stations...cardiac, pulmonary, diabetic foot and communication stations...didn't really finish any of the stations...need to pick up my pace a bit..I was spending too much time explaining what I was doing. So next time I'll just do it rather than explain so much detail about what I'm doing...Did fine though...All my markers said they were confident I knew how to do what I missed (only about 2-3 little things on each physical exam) but I just ran out of time...(note to self--just do the exam rather than explaining why I am doing every little thing)

Then had an afternoon session...we watched a movie...it ended up stopping not even half way through..some IT problems they couldn't figure out. Its called "And the band played on"..about the discovery of the HIV outbreaks across the world...I think its really good..(lots of random stars in it too...alan alda, ian mckellen, angelica huston..e.tc...I'll have to rent it..

Then I went for a run...5km...Did it pretty quickly..again no watch, so I should get one to pin point my times...I think around 24-25min though? Thats off of counting the number of songs on my ipod.

Then I cleaned my car...

Now I'm trying to convince myself to get through my research for small group session tomorrow..its not going well...Maybe I'll play a silent role tomorrow since I talked alot on Fri and Mon...? hmmm...Maybe I'll read my creepy novel. By Douglas Preston and Lincon Child...I highly recommend their books..The book I'm reading now kind of stems from a trilogy they wrote together..In the second book called "Dance of Death" I had to stay up till like 2-3am one morning with the lights on and radio on until I got to a part that was less creepy...haha

Anyways...I should prob do some work and then go to bed!

What is Vive?

Robin's husband is delivering the cookies. Maybe we could get Neal and Tom to do it in their travels, also.

Vive is a low impact high intensity hour long class that uses a ball and band. 30 min cardio and 30 min of strength. Great class, it is part of the Less Mills classes.

Hey Kim. I need to pick your brain some. Do you know of any type of DVD that would be similar to that? I live too far away to go to any classes but I would really like to incorporate that type of cardio strength training combo.

Still had some good swimming mojo left from last week. The only cramp I got was in my pinky finger and that was after I hit the wall. My calves were threatening to cramp up a couple of times, but they were just bluffing.
