Oh snap, some nice audio of The Donald talking about grabbing women by their genitalia.
Classy, very classy.

  • ..and yeah, apparently this is after he was married to Melania.

quite a day in politics.  Wikileaks on Hillary was pretty bad too so they had to play the Trump audio to counter.   That was a pretty big gun for them to use so early.  With Trump it will depend a lot on how he plays it.  Everybody knows he's crude and has been for a long time.

Trump says, "that was nothing compared to what Bill Clinton told me on the golf course".  LMAO

You gotta hand it to him....he's shameless. ......and full of chit....even in 2005.

"Crude" and "shameless" may be the adjectives Tony and LB would use...I think it's going to be viewed a little more seriously than "locker room banter."

I'm genuinely curious. Overall I don't think anyone will be shocked by it. I'm also curious how the more meaningful info released by wikileaks on Clinton and her cronies will be received.

    Shots fired...

    Here is my statement.

I’ve never said I’m a perfect person, nor pretended to be someone that I’m not. I’ve said and done things I regret, and the words released today on this more than a decade-old video are one of them. Anyone who knows me, know these words don’t reflect who I am.

I said it, it was wrong, and I apologize.

I’ve travelled the country talking about change for America. But my travels have also changed me. I’ve spent time with grieving mothers who’ve lost their children, laid off workers whose jobs have gone to other countries, and people from all walks of life who just want a better future. I have gotten to know the great people of our country, and I’ve been humbled by the faith they’ve placed in me. I pledge to be a better man tomorrow, and will never, ever let you down.
Let’s be honest. We’re living in the real world. This is nothing more than a distraction from the important issues we are facing today. We are losing our jobs, we are less safe than we were 8 years ago and Washington is broken.Hillary Clinton, and her kind, have run our country into the ground.

I’ve said some foolish things, but there is a big difference between words and actions. Bill Clinton has actually abused women and Hillary has bullied, attacked, shamed and intimidated his victims. We will discuss this more in the coming days.

See you at the debate on Sunday.

Wow. That sure was impressive. He is a changed man. This is a man who really respects women...BIGLY! And I mean bigly.

Face it Tony, to say everyone already knew he was crude, or in LB's post, "shameless," is putting some nice lipstick on an extremely ugly pig.

I think all of us here have engaged in what is considered "locker room banter" in our lives...what Trump said is so outside the lines of normal locker room banter it is pathological in my opinion...and I am far from alone on this.

As for Bill Clinton, a: he is not running for president. b: he did not assault women. you can say it over and over, but it doesn't make it true. Was he a philanderer? Yep. Was Trump? You betcha.

Trump, "There's a big difference between words and actions." Hey Donald, what if the words you use are describing your actions??? ...and those actions are...hmmm, what's the best adjective I can think of right now...deplorable?

Downplay it all you want but this thing's got legs. Paul Ryan won't even be standing by this clown.

I hope Hillary shows up to the debate with a list of prominent conservatives refusing to support Trump...in the form of a scroll. She can unwind it until it hits the floor. Holding her arm out to the side she could even drop it a-la a classic mic drop at the end of the debate.

    Kasich would agree with you.

Poor Ted Cruz had some terrible timing...if he just waited another week he never would have had to say he supports Donald Trump for president...now, after having made phone calls to people endorsing Trump for President, he's back-tracked. Cruz's support of Trump will tarnish his potential 2020 prez hopes.

The GOP is in full-blown crisis mode, and it's no guarantee they don't attempt a coup d'etat before the election.

I don't know.  I'm one of those guys who has spent a lifetime in locker rooms.  All boys high school, Marine Corps, 30 years as a cop.....not to mention all of the athletics that were on top of what was just a normal life for me.  If there is a guy who has spent that amount of time around guys in those situations who say they are offended they are full of chit. I guess you can argue whether it's right or wrong, but you can't argue that it doesn't happen on an almost daily basis.  If it offends you.....and who doesn't want to be offended these days??.....then OK, it offends you. I don't think I care because if it wasn't this you would be offended by something else.....or anything else.  Really, I'm tired of it.  I don't care what offends you.......you have worn me out.

I'm not offended.  If you think that makes me sexist, or whatever label you want to put on it, I don't care.  I don't care the same way i don't care if you call me racist, or whatever label you want to put on me.  Seriously.....I DON'T CARE.

I care about my family and my friends.....none of whom would ever call me any of those things.....so go on, knock yourself out, I'm laughing.

I'm not voting for Hillary Clinton................ever.

Whether people are offended or not, Trump made several amateur hour mistakes:

    1) he actually said those things in a recording
    2) he didn't keep it IN a real locker room (which, btw, usually isn't recorded...)
    3) decided to get into politics with that kind of baggage

You summed up my thoughts nicely. I've heard it all before. To this day I still hear it. Men talk differently when only men are in the room. He was telling those guys what he thought they wanted to hear.

It appears that Hillary was able to wrap up her presidential campaign ahead of schedule and under budget, and she won't have to settle for a few blocks away from the White House.

It's funny they have to dig back 11 years to find things on Trump...you only have to look at yesterday's paper to find something on the Clinton's...

That said, I wonder how offended today's people would have been by Lyndon Johnson...

    HA!!!!!

Right, because Trump doesn't put his foot in his mouth just about EVERY time he speaks. Are you delusional, or joking?

You guys go ahead and be not offended and happy. That's cool. Meanwhile, every independent woman in the country just decided not to vote for the guy who described sexually assaulting a women because he simply can't help himself.

I can talk like a sailor, and have no problem with lewd sexual talk, but there's a line that was crossed here. If you don't get the difference between consensual sexual acts and not, that's gross. I'm glad I don't hang out with guys like you. Really glad.

I'm aching to hear Tony's take on this. I imagine he is in a situation room right now with Rudy Guliani, Roger Ailes, and Newt Gingrich.
Hmmm, Donald, Rudy, Roger, and Newt...what could possibly make American women nervous about this fine band of gentlemen?

I stick to my earlier idea of Hillary appearing with an old-fashioned parchment scroll filled with the names of conservatives not voting for Trump...a scroll so long it hits the floor. And how ironic would it be that a scroll like that, unfurled to the floor, could break a glass ceiling wide open???

He's a blowhard like most guys who run their mouths in an all male setting.....nobody cares or even pays much attention to them.

Good God, he talked about it....

I'll still vote for him..better than voting for a woman who's husband has sexually assaulted many women and she helped destroy the women and stuck by her slimeball husband....for political gain..

I'd start by looking in furniture stores.   ;-)

I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks before the election.  I bet this will only become more entertaining.
