I can think of a few things like being tired from running, tired from work last week, PMS. I'm a little annoyed that my husband is really anti me getting a tattoo on my wrist. But I don't know that anything is really causing it.
I hate it when I feel that way - I like Cat's idea of a mental health day or maybe a massage, or a manicure, or a pedicure, or a facial, or a vacation or all of the above All of the above sound great. start making the appointments

You can do other things at the same time. |

TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: Nibbs XVII kaqphin - 2008-03-19 8:47 PM Its true though - its often easier to say things to epople when you cannot hear/see their reaction I guess... its less confronting maybe? it must be, I also wonder if it's because you don't have to be quite as focused - you can start a conversation and then come back to it whatever it is, it seems to work I actually use IM at work quite a bit as well |

It's going to be tough to get most of their butts on the bikes. I've left slightly sarcastic inspires all over about their bike being lonely but no workouts are posted for over a week for a few of my team.my challenge team is pretty quiet this month
Cat, I wonder if having a newbie team is such a great idea. It seems like they are clueless about actually training for the most part. Maybe the teams should have mixed skill levels so the experienced folks can get more action out of the newbies...just a thought |

Maybe the teams should have mixed skill levels so the experienced folks can get more action out of the newbies...just a thought I definatley think its hit and miss - it worked with some of the teams Ive had - Poison apples springs to mind, and Barloworld... Not so much with others... maybe there is something in there - you are right it may be a mixture thing! I think it really depends on the type of personalities involved too... hmm maybe I will not do it for the next challenge and see if I get any requests for it... |
