I've got them set up now.  At this point, it's just adding in the stragglers.  I'll post the team announcements tomorrow. 

So, my checklist for today is done.  Got in the workout, did the painting, and set up the teams.  Guess I should continue the productive streak and do some packing.

I'll post the challenge teams tonight or tomorrow.

Setting up the teams, in my opinion, is the most time consuming aspect of setting up a challenge.

Thats normal Jen - dont stress if you have one or two quiet teams... it really cant be helped generally! and... some people dont get on BT as much as some of us so find it hard to keep up if a team is too chatty....

Oh yeah and team requests are a nuisance to try and balance... I find I work out those first when setting up teams then fit everyone else in around those people.... (then check I have Nibbs with at least one other Nibb!)

Oh did I get an answer to my request? I must really go look then GET TO WORK!

I know the nibbs kind of overwhelmed a few team members - of course that was a bit crazy, even for a chatty team - LOL

Speaking of the Nibbs team - has anyone heard anything from Hector?  He hasn't posted in the longest time

I even sent him a PM and he hasn't picked it up

I hope everything is ok with him

I don't think that makes you a wimp at all!  cuz if that makes you a wimp, then I am really a wimp - it was 47 here but I still went to spinning instead of riding outside

Hee hee! No sleet here, but plenty of cold and wind I think I'm sitting out during this month's challenge. April is going to be weird. I have a triathlon, DD's birthday, school carnival, lifeguard class and it should be a build month for HIM training. So I'm trying to keep the stress to a minimum without freaking out that I'm letting my team down if I don't get to goal in one of my sports. I'll just see if I can stir up some smack talk on the team threads

wow, just a little bit going on in the month of April, huh?

I decided to participate, but I set my goals at 1/2 of the planned training volume.  Based on my life these days, I'll feel great if I can make that - wouldn't it be great if I had to revise my goals?

Special Previews...hmm...still making a few adjustments, but I'll give you the team names.  I need adjectives for some of them, so any help would be appreciated.
