Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Nibbs XVIII Artemis - 2008-03-30 3:10 PM The team requests are getting a little crazy. I might have to split people up so there is more discussion on all of the teams. Just a warning. Setting up the teams, in my opinion, is the most time consuming aspect of setting up a challenge. |

I've got them set up now. At this point, it's just adding in the stragglers. I'll post the team announcements tomorrow. |

Thats normal Jen - dont stress if you have one or two quiet teams... it really cant be helped generally! and... some people dont get on BT as much as some of us so find it hard to keep up if a team is too chatty.... Oh yeah and team requests are a nuisance to try and balance... I find I work out those first when setting up teams then fit everyone else in around those people.... (then check I have Nibbs with at least one other Nibb!) |

I was thinking of making the same request as Cat (to list sessions, rather than distance/time). But I translated it into distances, so I'm set. Also, I know April will be crazy at work. I'm thinking it'll be back to Jan/Feb levels again. (March was a little better at least.) Morning everyone! There are a lot of people for the April challenge and lots of missing goals (hint hint, Cat and Dee!). I am trying to paint and trainer ride today. Plus, starting to sort into teams. Fun fun. Oh did I get an answer to my request? I must really go look then GET TO WORK! |

(then check I have Nibbs with at least one other Nibb!) actually i think some people prefer to be on a quiet team I know the nibbs kind of overwhelmed a few team members - of course that was a bit crazy, even for a chatty team - LOL

I don't think that makes you a wimp at all! cuz if that makes you a wimp, then I am really a wimp - it was 47 here but I still went to spinning instead of riding outside

No sleet here, but plenty of cold and wind I think I'm sitting out during this month's challenge. April is going to be weird. I have a triathlon, DD's birthday, school carnival, lifeguard class and it should be a build month for HIM training. So I'm trying to keep the stress to a minimum without freaking out that I'm letting my team down if I don't get to goal in one of my sports. I'll just see if I can stir up some smack talk on the team threads |

I decided to participate, but I set my goals at 1/2 of the planned training volume. Based on my life these days, I'll feel great if I can make that - wouldn't it be great if I had to revise my goals?
