Hi Nibbs!

did I miss the party?

Maybe you ARE the party

Waiddaminute... my blog title before the current one was "I bring the party and I AM the answer" .  Heh.  It amused me greatly but nobody got it .

BTW...

I used to think red was the best, but a good chardonnay - buttery but just a bit oaky - definitely fills a need.

Just a thought. Now it's my bedtime.

Well, I imported them this season but then used ones from my book (Essential Triathlon training....Matt Fitzgerald). His off season plans didn't warm my heart.  2 choices, one easy one moderate no specific focused ones...just mainteneace plans.  I need to start kicking butt on the bike, like I said.  It's time to beat Jen and Kristen for passing me last summer

Sounds like Kristen and Jen better watch their backs in a few months

Hee hee hee. Hee hee hee.

Are you laughing at me???

There will be repurcussions on that

I've used them.  Sal made me.

haha I thought Sal listened to you rather than the other way around!!!

What did you think?

I thought it was perfect for my needs.  I really wanted specific swim works outs in terms of drills/distances/etc. and it helped me a lot.  I listen to Sal every once in awhile but don't tell him.  He actually adjusted it for me because I was training for a sprint tri but I needed longer distances on the bike because I was also training for an end of season HIM relay.

Nice! Sounds like it did the trick for you then... Ive got to seriously look at what I want to do now it looks like Im going to have a 'season'

Swim and Bike isnt really an issue... I just need to do more and build speed and distance..

Umm run... ummmmmm......

I've found them to be quite helpful, especially since I'm not working with a coach

I cant see me working with a coach... the introductory session would be a LONG list of all my ailments, injuries and what I cant do...

I think the coach would be wringing my neck by Session 2.

Just so you know - I could use a dog whisperer. My sweet lovable dog has turned into a demon. We're giving love and providing boundaries, but ARGH! Sugar Daddy is 2 steps away from sending him packing.

No - don't worry - I'm standing up for the dog. He'll stay, but he's in "the doghouse" for sure.

Rhianna - Umbrella (yep, that's right)

I gotchya covered here, but if you don't mind, I'll be using the Travis Barker/Rhianna remix of it.  Cause that's just how I roll.

You oughta see me rock it out to the Travis Barker remix of Soulja Boy's Crank that.  Filthy little song but you throw Travis Barker in there and I'm a fan.  Mmmm hmmm, that's right!
