Got in my run and strength last nite
This month's challenge is really a challenge for me...
I think I set up for a total of 53 sessions for the month...
Running is the only category that I am nervous about
Bike is almost done. Four days of swimming, and weights on Wed-Fri-Mon will clear those up...
Going to try to get a bike-run brick in at lunch - 30min apiece
Swim after class tonight...
Tomorrow will be crazy - first practice for my daughter's soccer team - I get to be coach!
Still have to manage two or three sessions as well!
Too much going on!
The good news is that my swim in the tri on Sunday went really well! It was only 300 yds.
But I popped out of the water feeling strong and being able to breath - that is always a plus...
