Don't hurt yourself doing that, now.

Almost did...I had to trim my toe nails

That's actually a lot more important than people realize.

I learned that lesson the hard way.  Losing toenails is no fun.

I resemble both remarks. And sometimes I actually run with these girls.

And the girls in my thread do (on occasion) talk about running.

This is pretty girly I think. But these girls actually run.

Artemis - 2007-10-16 4:08 PM Not sure if I'm running tonight or not. I might put it off one more day. I feel better than I did yesterday, but I'm still really really tired.

With what you're dealing with, I think waiting is wise.

On a totally separate note... Another group has almost caught up to us, post count-wise. I happened to stop there to see what's going on... I regret it.

It's all......girly. Nothing about running.

You just don't like all the crazy smilies.

I happen to know who the owner of the legs in that thread is... and its NOT Scout.

Wow, spokes ... didn't realize you'd grown your hair and joined LA Tri Club.

Mike--nice work.

Bah. i couldn't breathe while i was in Denver because there was no air to breathe. i can't breathe when i'm home because i'm apparently allergic to something in the air. ARGH.

And i'm supposed to run ... twelve this weekend, and i have to be halfway across the state for a wedding. ARGH.

(But the Packers have a bye this weekend, so at least i will have some time on Sunday to run...)

More pages than us....  I feel so.....cheap.

Nice efforts on padding things yesterday, though.  Hopefully today I can add to the effort, now that my paper is done.

You really wanna shoot for 200 miles this month, spokesy?  Interesting....

I got you wanting to do an extra 50 miles for the month, Ryan suddenly going out and doing 7 milers at a shot.

I feel so.........something, I'm not sure what yet, though.

It will be good to have you back, Scout!

I believe we may have came as TANers but leave as runners!  OK... maybe not.

Maybe some will be runners.

Or at least have a greater appreciation for it.  Which is more than I could ask for.

Only did a measely 2.7 miles last night.  I think I'm to do ~6 on Saturday.

Next week it starts to pick up though.  I think I run either 3 or 4 times next week, then a definite 4 times the following week.

I'm hoping to be on track to being a runner again by the end of this.  I'm running today.  This is the first week where I can run for a whole two miles and I don't have to take walk breaks unless I want to.  I expect to be painfully slow, but that's not important to me right now.  All I'm going to focus on is building endurance again and not getting injured.  At least that's my goal.  You all might have to help me with that.

lvthgme - 2007-10-17 9:25 AM No miles for me today.  Rest day.  But frick, how offensive is it that another team had more posts?  Seriously...sick.

They were shooting blanks there for about an entire page.

I like running now. Am I a runner? Eh.

I'll most likely get bored with it like everything else. I hope not.

Matter of making it a habit, really.
