Drink lots of water to help flush the icky lactic build up away. Jen - Hope your ride is fun I am being uber lazy. I have not gone for my ride yet. It was storming this morning when I usually get up to ride so I just rolled over and went back to sleep. Now I don't want to go cuz it's almost lunch time. I'm supposed to ride 40 by myself today. Doesn't really seem worth missing lunch. Wanted to go to the outside pool with the fam this afternoon. Ack. Anybody want to come down to SC and ride with me?? I need somebody to drag me out the door. That's pretty bad cuz usually I love to bike  Don't you just HATE those summer storms... Yes... water... gonna carry my bottle with me today... like a baby... |

LOL it's actually supposedly an Olympic size pool - I haven't actually gone over to see it in person though |
