Something good for me - I convinced Sugar Daddy how important this stuff (running, tris) is to me. It is good to have someone to support my obsession. Ah, how the heck did I come up LOL? Kristen said she wanted to do a tri, but with just running and biking. I told her she could focus on just running or just biking or duathlons, kind of like you. |

It hurt yesterday, but htis morning is doing pretty good, so I'm hoping that It wont' affect the doc releasing me to start run/walking. Oh! Be careful! I always worry that I'm going to do something to hurt myself and then not be able to run/bike. That is why I decided against going snowboarding this winter. I hurt my arm the last time I went. At that time I wasn't swimming, but I sure as heck would've been out for a long time because of that fall. The diagnosis was "tennis elbow"... from snowboarding! |

I gutted my way through a 30 mile ride - the last 15 miles in 25 - 30 mph winds - and I survived! LOL! my flights were on time - mostly my house didn't suffer any damage in the huge storms on Friday night life is good |
