oh yeah

I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out how a race of that caliber ended up in Des Moines Iowa

Must be a history thing in there somewhere or something.... good prize money maybe?

last year 2007, was the first year period and it was at that level

they had awesome prize money, which was amazing - but it was a first time event

My guess is its something to do with the people involved with it combined with the cash!

LOL!

that is totally understandable - for a bit of a frame of reference, there are very few bodies of water near the midwest, particularly in the Iowa and Nebraska area

That was a good race.  First ITU rules one I've seen as well.

And in hopes of not being as tired this next week as I was last week... I think I'm going to bed.

Night Nibbs!

Or just go with "Max", and leave off the "iCat."

Good morning, Nibbs.

We decided to go with Oliver for the new kitty's name. So we have Lionel and Oliver. He just doesn't look like a Max to me. I liked Monty or Murphy, but the fam didn't. Someday I will have to learn how to post some pics.

Must tear myself away from the computer to get busy. Bunco is at my house tomorrow and I have done nothing to get ready. Also must call to change appointments and such since it looks like I am still employed.

Happy Monday!

Do y'all actually still play Bunco or is like what the ladies at work end up doing?  Margaritas and more margaritas.
