they have a ton of different scale ticker options in the fitness section-around 20.  It seems a little ridiculous actually.

You keep the password for your ticker and a link to it.  Then you just go to the link, enter the pin, update and it updates the ticker for you.   Took me forever to figure out how it works.

unless you want the extra fancy stuff you just pick a category and make a ticker.  It will automatically update on your blog when you change the data on the ticker page.

I've tried twice to copy and paste the link over to my blog, but it just shows the link, not the actual ticker...
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Wow! It seems like more work to create the ticker than it does to actually achieve the goal!

Then again, I'm not very good at computer stuff either

mchally - 2008-11-04 4:54 PM You missed out on some interesting conversations.

But you could go back and read them..

I did. VERY interesting.

hmmm.... the big debate... do I go back and read... or do I just keep surfing and posting, surfing and posting, surfing and posting.... speakin gof surfing... time to go check out chainlove.... odd, that I drove by backcountry this morning and saw logo's and the building that I had never heard of but no chainlove on the building... now if I could remember the dog one...

discussion of melons and melon support.

Nope - the one about the single women looking for hot men.  I grabbed the popcorn.

Great...Lydia(2year-old) constantly wants to look at the picture of Dave and I. Then she looks at me with a glint in her eye and points at Dave..."daddy" she says fondly and then pointing at me "mommy." She is such a tease. Little kids have the greatest sense of humor.

In case you are not familiar with my situation, I am a live-in nanny, single, and have no children of my own.

Lemme see:

1. Darn it.  I missed out on the blue margarita.  I didn't swim so I didn't earn it.  But I will swim.  Sometime.  Soon.  This week.  Maybe.  I think.

2.  Just under two hours to vote.  This put a crimp in my style today.  Therefore, it was an unplanned rest day.  This means I might start twitching from endorphin withdrawal.

3.  I missed the discussion of melons and hot boytoys?  Darn it.

4.  Cute ticker... frooogggggy!

5.  It's time once again to play "name one song mila should put on a playlist".

6.

7.  The Nibbs floatie party can be in Atlanta.  Nov. 21st/22nd.  Yup, I already have two fabulous BT'ers who booked their tix... it's got trouble written all over it.  And we're going to spin.  And that is going to hurt.  But the rest of the stuff should be fun.  Who's in?

sooo, I read once that if your body is craving sweets it means you need more protien in your diet - so, how does a piece of cheese sound?
