I'm getting antsy about the race numbers too. Don't know why. I guess that means it's real or something.

Right IT band is VERY sore.  Really hoping that this taper, with lots of stretching, helps it out!  A number would probably help, too!!!

I'm sending my bike shoes, helmet and bike accessories like the cages I have to remove and bento box. I'm also going to put in items that are no fun to fly with like CO2, big bottles of Hammer Gel and my tub of GE. I'll just sit it on a scale and load it up until I reach the max weight!

Hey - does anyone use or plans on using SportLegs?  I've used them on several long runs if I've had a long bike the day before and vice versus and LOOOOVED the results.  Not sure about using them for 13 ish hours.

All of this talk about shipping and flying bikes reminds me of a girl I know who showed up for IM Germany and her bike didn't follow her! She lucked out and one of the locals let her borrow a bike!

just saying.....

Are the bib numbers going to get emailed to us or will they appear on the website first.  Will anyone still be awake when I finish, cause if you are, I'll tell you my number.  Or all of us injured people can crawl across the finish together in one big group....maybe make it really dramatic so they will have to put us on the news!
