Tonight was an exercise frustration for me.  I was going to put my new speedplay pedals on my bike but I could not get one of my old pedals off (I barely got the one off that did come away).  I am confident that I am turning in the right direction it is just stuck on really good.

After several choice words and a near miss involving a pedal wrench and a window I gave up and cleaned and lubed the drivetrain instead.  I might give it another shot tomorrow.

I got a quick ride in tonight, but every mile counts. I think I'm the only one on this team with biking as my super power.

So, if you just got a new supersuit, and you are going to race in it on Saturday, would you wear it in the chlorinated pool to be sure you'll be comfortable? Or, would you assume that, since it is really comfy on the bike and the run, you won't have trouble on the swim? I just hate to expose it to chlorine if I don't have to.
