Reposting directions for the table!

Adding tables to your logs:

Some people can highlight the table (above) and paste it into their blogs. Others can't.
So here's another way of doing it:

1) Copy the code below.
2) Click the "Settings" button at the top of the page. (It looks like a little wrench.)
3) Click "Training Blog Customization"
4) Click "Dashboard"
5) Go to where you want the table to appear, and paste the code.
6) Click the "Update" button
7) If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll give you a different way of doing it.

Knowing you, you'll just stick with the ride

Yeah I am bad with swimming I need to find a group that will motivate me to keep going

I am good at motivating people! Especially in a pool! (Although salt water is even better.) Wanna see?

disturbed275 - 2009-06-03 7:30 AM It seems to happen randomly once a year.

That means you won't have to worry about it before next year

Last year it happened june 3, this year June 2.  I'm marking my calendar for next year to remind myself not to run the first week of june.  There must be some bad alignment of stars and planets or something.

Wow. Do you ramp up your mileage at the end of May?

rlejeune - 2009-06-03 8:46 PM I have a long day at work today

In that case I expect thereto be many pages when I wake up!

Now that sounds like a challenge

Too many and I will never catch up... too little and I wont have much to play with....

Its a fine bancing act!

It's all about balance

Not something Im good at... I rely on others to practice restraint on my behalf

Does that work? Because I tend not to listen to myself - or to others. LOL

serendipity - 2009-06-02 10:06 PM I tried to stay away, I really did, but I couldn't even make it 2 days without begging to get into a challenge.  I missed you all too much.

Anyway, Dee said I should come here for a tasering join your team, so here I am.  I'm fighting a cold, but my first run of the month is on the schedule for Thursday, so I am resting up.

I guess I'll spend the resting time trying to catch up on 30 pages!

That's okay.  At least everyone knows me here.  (And after the swim challenge, everyone knows me alittle more than I would have liked...)

And we get to talk about food.

My plan was to head to the pool, but I figured that having sushi was almost as good. Maybe not for my training, but its really good still

I guess I could get some sushi and then go to the pool.  I could reward myself between laps with a piece of fish - I could call it Shamu training

Got my lunch run in. Even though it was hot a Hades I still had a good one. I may have under-estimated myself, I already have almost 18% ciomplete. I'll see how it goes into next week. I may consider upping my goal.

Miles Today: 3.14

I just walked for 30 minutes.  It's the most activity I've had so far this week.  Now I need a nap.  I really have to shake these germs so I can get back to training.

And I'm hungry again.  And craving sushi.  Hmmm, I wonder why....
