I'd like to say that I'm proud of my posts this month but considering at least 1/4 of it was done talking to myself...

I did some of my strength exercises already, so I guess I will do some more now beside the computer while I wait.

I was just doing a set of push ups and my cat came and gave me a funny look. She walked closer and I tapped her (not hard) with my head on her head and she proceeded to try and fight me. I started laughing and that didn't help the situation at all.

Anyone else have pets that get angry when you laugh at them? This cat and my last cat both hate it.

While preparing to do back extensions I laughed at her again... Her pupils dilated rapidly, she started to shake, then CHARGE!

She's easy to defend against because she doesn't want to hurt me.

I don't think I will work out in here anymore because it's where her cat tree is and that's her property. The friendliest cat you'll ever meet anywhere else in the house - just don't touch her perch.

I just finished up my strength for the day. Getting pretty close to missing it with 1 hour remaining!

I'm back now, but knowing the way things have been going today you have probably gone already....

Gotta go to the doc today. Or at least pretend to. Saw some friends and fam last night and they were horrified at how I looked. Joints all swollen but face all thin and skin all grey.

Kinda sucked to get booted outta denial.

I updated my training today but we're still a little behind. I need to get my strength training numbers up but I can only do so much per day. I'm commited to minimum 30 min per day (meet 100%) with hopes that I will get a chance to do more and take some pressure off myself in the final days.
