Sorry about not getting back...I'll go in for 525 points.

I had to do the math for my plan....I can get 20 pts an hour swimming, 20 pts an hour running, and about 15 pts an hour biking.

I ran the longest ever last Saturday and did the most miles last week...this week I should exceed last week as I'm doing my first 1/2 Mary....I'm looking forward to it!

Great looking spreadsheet. I haven't tried to reconcile my distance completed with your spreadsheet but it looks great. One thing to note - my distances are logged in meters(swim), and km(run), no bike yet

Good luck to all with your training!

Ok, I know I am off cycle, but at the end of week one I am at 75.1 pts. That should be just about on track for the month for me.

If I answer, do you promise not to accuse me of being a sandbagger on my goals? Looking at the numbers, I've kind of been wondering if I aimed a little low.

Swim- 15200 yds of 35000 yds, 152 of 350 pts, 43%
Bike- 91.4 miles of 250 miles, 91 of 250 pts, 36%
Run- 36.5 miles of 90 miles, 158 of 360 pts, 44%
Overall 401 of 960 pts, 42%

Hmmm...I'm wondering just the opposite. I thought I added everything up properly but right now: 239 of 800 pts (29.8%)
Didn't help that I didn't get my run in today. Grr. Guess my long ride on Sunday becomes my first brick workout of the season to make up for it. Should be fun. I normally can barely walk in a straight line after my long rides.

I'm chugging along pretty good

Bike: 129.93 Mi - 129/300 pts - 43%
Run: 20.16 Mi - 80/200 pts - 40%
Swim: 2650 M - 26/100 pts - 26%

So, overall I'm doing pretty good, but my swimming is lagging a bit. This is mainly because I'm mostly doing drills which should be replaced by more swimming later this month.

Again, great job on the chart. BTW which day are you checking the stats? I have been doing my numbers on Wed because the month began on a Wed. Whatever day you use is fine by me, I just about had a heart attack when I saw my numbers for the first two weeks. Then I realized it did not have my uber run on Monday counted this week. BTW that run this Monday was my first ever 1/2 mary and it was done before going to work at 7AM.

TMI warning.(disclamer, I was 5 minutes late to work and did not get a chance to shower before going to work in  a whole in the ground)

Monday - Sunday....First week is just Wednesday - Sunday....

That just makes it easier to add up, because if you look at the calender, it shows your total for each week. Any training from the 13th - 19th will go into Week 3, 20th - 26th will be Week 4, and 27th - 31st will be Week 5.

Good job on that long run. I'm pushing the limits of my biomechanics (and bad shoes) with half that! Excellent work.

Now depending on what kind of hole in the ground you work in, maybe nobody noticed that you hadn't showered. Unless you just mean a very small area with no ventilation. But a literal hole in the ground might mask the just-ran-13+miles smell.

And just generally, good job everybody! The month is almost half gone, so keep up the good work.

for so many reasons that makes so much sense. I can turn on the computer, but if it dose not have laces, a crank or googles, I have no idea what to do with it

TMI again. Just for clarification, I am a gravedigger by trade and durring the summer months a quick sponge bath will work in such a grimmy environment. Plus it gives me an extra 15 minutes to train to not go back to the main shop and just find a sink

We're halfway there.

I'm sitting good at about 320 points which has me at a 20 pt cushion. I've done more jogging and less swimming than I've planned.

Jerry, it looks like the spreadsheet is missing a 15mi/15 pt bike (Sunday) and a 5.27mi/21pt run (Sat). I usually don't update my weekend activities until Monday, so they may not have been there when you collected the data. Also, I don't mind if they show up in this weeks totals, just so they're not lost
