I got in my first core workout last night.  I can definitely tell I'm getting stronger.  Last night was the first time I was able to do a plank position for a full 60 seconds!  I'm feeling great about that today and felt like I should share.

LOL at Mamamia1 pix, you go girl!

So yesterday: mix in a LSD morning run, an afternoon nap, a Red Bull at 7pm, leave work after 11pm, get home still wired and turn on Leno, what's there to do but a core WO!  #7/20 for me.

It's so weird, when I up the training intensity I have less of a desire to do core, so right now I'm fighting myself to get them done.  After races I find it so much easier to focus on core...must be the same reasoning I only eat one thing at a time on my plate!

Hey all, haven't gotten any core done yet this week =(

My lower back started bothering me Sunday after my run and didn't really stop hurting until last night.

I have to move out of my dorm tomorrow, so I really don't want to strain my back before I have to move my fridge, etc out to the car 500 ft away from the building.  Can moving out count as core work?!  Haha, just kidding.

Long story short, I'm wondering if I fall behind this week, does it count if I catch up later?  For instance, if I only get 2 in this week, but I do 4 next week, will that serve the same purpose as 3 each week in terms of scoring?

Sorry I'm running behind this week, but I want to make sure I'm not going to injure my back by doing too much.

Hi Green team!  I got in 3 workouts this week - one from last week that I missed and the two from this week.  That puts me back on track.

Hey Green Team!  How's it going so far this week?  Everyone's been a little quiet.

I got my first workout in on Monday and I'm planning on doing my second for the week tomorrow.

I've been slacking on this since I got hit by the car. I'm still dealing with shoulder pain and stuff, but may try to start working this in again this week.

I'm 0'fer this week so far, but I plan on doing some tonight.  I'm getting into race mode for this weekends sprint.  After races I welcome the "don't have to train" mode and like to bump up my strength wo's so I'll get on it next week for sure.

Yeah, everything is fine, or will be. Bicycle is back together, but a little, um, warped - rideable though. That, and my left rotator cuff are the only issues.

Glad to hear no major damage was done in the wreck.

I've got 2 down so far this week, I'm planning to do 2 more so I can start catching up from last week.

I got one yoga and one core wo last week. It seems like the yoga is not being counted... is it because i'm putting under sports instead of strength training? oh well, i'll make them up if it doesnt' count.. got one wo done today already so i'll have room for more!
