Went on vacation last week and did manage two days during the week.
1/2 mile (or something like that ) Swim in the Gulf.
5 mile run.
I think I'll do some stretching and light strength work tonight. Going to try and rest up for this weekend's Oly.
If I can that puts me at 18/31 Pretty crappy considering what I was going for.
Oh well.
After my race this weekend I'm going to set my next goal for the 100 pushup challenge.
