For me, not a bad ride. I read scotty's blog about this ride yesterday, and decided to take the extra day of rest after the 50 miler. I don't think I could have ridden this any faster yesterday... one more tomorrow night....  good luck everyone!

This has actually been kind of fun, which I REALLY shouldn't say...

ummm.... ouch.... I now know what you guys felt like when the legs were shaking when you got off the bike. I'm not sure if I'll make it up the steps, good thing we have an extra bed in the basement. I'm Really out of bike shape...  anyway, totals as follows:

24.86 miles

Ave/max speed: 20.4/23.7

Ave/max watts: 193.6/368.0

watts/kg (ave/max): 2.7/5.1

and thus the close of my "2009 Tour de CT (December edition)"

My power numbers really suck. Need to work on trying to get those up.

Well, the gods were against me getting this ride in last night. First, I had an "Access Code Error" that took me 1.5 hours to figure out (darn PC's) and then I had a flat tire. So it had to wait until this morning... and it was definitely not worth the wait.

Man, have i got work to do.

I M thinking some 2 or 3 course races this winter - Jan , Feb - all capped off with a repeat Tour of 5 courses in Mar.

Tour de CT went into the books and went well. I M looking to start a second Tour in early March.  Just looking to see who may be interested.   I will continue on this thread for #2.  Just let me know

This sounds like a lot of fun.  I am thinking of getting a Computrainer in April.  I will have a bit of a learning curve, but I would love to participate in this.  Any chance you will run another challenge in, say, May?
