Roni, Than you, had a great race, first in age group and finished first in the age group for the series, was actually in second place by 5 points before the race started. Did 3 lengths further in the swim than ever before, bike was about the same as my best and I got .2 mile further than ever in the run. Exhausted when I was done but I left it all out there. |

Did 3 lengths further in the swim than ever before, bike was about the same as my best and I got .2 mile further than ever in the run. Exhausted when I was done but I left it all out there. That sounds like not just a great race but a fantastic one! Good job. |

I have 77 more miles on the bike which I'm going to be really close on even without going off schedule, and I have just over 10 more miles of running which I should make without really trying. Wednesday is supposed to be a rest day but I took two days off last week that weren't on the schedule So I guess I'll get an extra swim and an extra bike in. Should have about 14 bricks for the month which I feel pretty good about.

When I made my goals for the month they seemed quite challenging, but since then my motivation has kicked in, and I will easily exceed all of my goals this month. Master 2055 Santa Clarita | Subject: RE: March Challenge - March Hare Madness Found a crowded HOT pool (85F !!) ad got my last workout in . It's set up on 25y with shallow water and Lanes are narrow so it was good triathlon swim practice to be in he tight quarters . |
