jmk-brooklyn - 2008-07-11 8:54 AM Ok, I'm a complete HTML moron apparently. How do I get those cool team listing tables with the links into my log?

All you need to do is highlight the table below (this one was updated w/ doctorbob's log link), then go into your control panel in your log and go to the goal section and paste it right in there.   Easy.

GonnaGoRun - Sara

Thanks again!

Mountain stage for me today....38.9 miles...last medium ride before Ironman...strange that 39 mile ride seems short now.

Oh no red jersey for meCry. dont worry guys, I knew I was making a late start in this challenge as I was away. I have factored it into my goals and I can easily make my target. Well done to the Yellow jerseys-keep up the good work.

I'm lurking until we hit the mountains; that's where I'll make my move.  I'm more of a climber, due to my lithe, whippet-like physique....

Happy riding everyone!

Finally decided on my new bike..getting a Gunnar Steel bike that I can have a custom paint job on it...picking a hot pink color.

Only downside it takes 5-6 weeks to come which means riding it on the island in MN in August.

Pink is nice! So if I wanted purple I could get purple?

Black is standard color.

Purple yep probably 50 variations of purple....lots of hot pinks too.

My LBS is ordering the color book so I can pick out color after IM. They use MPG or MGP colors that are used at car repair shops.

Last ride at home before IM..had my Zipps on..love the sound my rear hub makes..hills seemed easier.

Next stage for me is short warm up to get kinks out Saturday and then the big one 8000 feet of climbing over 112 miles. Not going to win or fight for the polka dot jersey though...I just want to have fun and make the time cut offs.

Fun picture of my kids with race t's on...

Unexpected set back tonight.. my bike is making some clicking noises and I can't seem to isolate the problem so I'm having someone take my bike to the store tomorrow (I have to work all day). Hopefully its an easy fix (and they can switch out my race tires for me as well) and I can go for a big mountain stage Friday morning!

Our guy is in yellow so lets keep it going team!

9th place?! Okay...pretty much nowhere to go but up! No biggie! We must all be sprinters...We're just hanging out at the back of the peleton waiting to charge past all the other teams at the end!

Go team go!

Congrats on the Ironman! That is some impressive feat!!

Well stage 16 is tonight so that means we are running out of days! I feel like I'm letting the team down with having the biggest commitment (in terms of miles) and lagging behind. But rest assured, I will ride a century this weekend if I have to in order to reach 300 miles! So if I can get in over 150 miles in a week with a full time job, everyone can get to 100% so lets go team!! wooooo

Ok, my triathlon is over, and It’s all about the Tour de France for the next week+. I’m definitely going to hit my numbers—I’m not about to let my team down. Tonight, I’m riding the stage on my trainer while I watch the tour hilights on tv. That should provide some motivation.

Let’s go, team! Allons-Y!
