Good work everyone!  Keep it up.

After today's brick, I am at 58% bike and 60% run.   Should be at about 70% for both by weeks end.

I'm doing alright for the first half. I have 30/50 miles running done.  and around 2.5/6 hours done on the bike.  Plan to ride the bike tomorrow and also Saturday to get it up to around 3.5 or 4 hours total.

whoa guys whats going on.... last place? Do we have everyone in a Recovery week?  I can attest to mine and say yes I know I'm not up to par with my progress but by this weekend I plan to have my run near 48/50 miles.  Bike will also pick up with a 2-3 spin sessions planned for this week bringing me up to around 4-4.5 out of 6 hours.

We need a big week from everyone if we have any hope of winning.   I'll be done biking this week for sure (only need 45 minutes) and I have 3 more runs to get my total.  Should be no problem at all.

Don't worry Red Team.  The fact that other teams are already meeting their goals with over a week left in the month just shows that they weren't actually challenging themselves!  Keep going strong and we will all meet our goals!

 Go Red!

Everyone,
Sorry about not posting an updated file.  Monday I was out and the information was at my office, then tuesday I was sick and out all day.

Not sure how I am going to do on my goals.  I have had too many days off due to illness this month.  I sure hope I am over it soon.

Hey Scott, do what you can.

I am still endeavoring to reach my goals, Traveling to Chicago was unexpected.  With good weather, I should still hit the bike goal.  For the run, I am within reach,  was able to hit this weeks plan, so I am still lacking my long run from last week.  Maybe I can squeeze it in this weekend (my knees need a couple of days off)

Let's go everyone.  We can still hit 100%.  GO - BIG.

I'd like to request that I be dropped form this challange.  So far I've spent about half of the month sick or injured.

As of this morning's ride on the trainer, I am over 100% on both bike and run.

Does it help the team if individual members exceed their goals?  I'm not exactly sure how that is calculated.  I'm going to continue to ride and run in any event, so if it helps my numbers will continue to increase.  I'm just glad my January injuries didn't prevent me from completing the challenge, as I feared they might.

Great job finishing your goals!

Unfortunately you can't get more than 100% for the challenge.   It won't help the team if you do extra.
