She told me that one time, she forgot to put herself on a team, too! LOL kaqphin - 2008-03-02 1:27 AM Hi Jen - please find attached the team spreadsheet which you can feel free to upload to google. Dee has already offered to upload all the team spreadsheets if they want to go that way so I think I may be getting my updates from google... I think I've got everything in the spreadsheet online now. Everyone's goal is there except yours. Did you forget to set a goal. I remember that one. |

Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: The Peep Army We're quiet today! Anyone have a good workout - bike or otherwise? I did a 5 mile run. A bit windy and chilly, but still warm enough for shorts and short sleeves. Sorry people in cold areas. |

Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: RE: The Peep Army Bopper - 2008-03-03 11:32 AM I had a great work out today... 15.5 km - 1:34:30. Longest run that I have ever done... in time and distance. Legs are a little wobbly, but other wise I'm great. It was a gorgeous morning -14*C to start warming to -4*C by the time I finished. The sun was out and the wind was non-existent. Couldn't have asked for a better day... well ok... it could have been warmer and I could have been on my bike. Beggar's can't be choosers. LOL for pics go here: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/photos/photo-thumbnails.asp?albumid=8025&useralbum=52812 Oh pretty snow!!! I find snow fascinating... Ive only ever been in it once in my life and it wasnt snowing... it was just on the ground! |

Ive only ever been in it once in my life and it wasnt snowing... it was just on the ground! LOL... you can have all that snow... I'll gladly give it to you. They are predicting more for the rest of the week. We are getting sick of this ... AND I want to get on my bike. I do agree with you... it WAS beautiful out this morning. The snow was pristine white... the sun was shining... there was no wind. It was a PERFECT winter's day. Short lived however, became cloudy and dull by the end of the run. It will be like that for the rest of the week too. Glad spring is almost here. haha Im not 100% sure I could live in it every year but from where I am it looks pretty! Id really like to go somewhere for a proper winter at some point... just to see waht its like! |

Thanks Was definitely a Chamber of Commerce day here in SoCal. Just a bit windy on the bike but the same sort that I will have to deal with at the end of the month in the last 10 miles of the bike course. |

In fact, I've had conversations with people who were on the same time that I was. (You know me - never at a loss for words. LOL) |

Master 1289 Franklin, TN | Subject: RE: The Peep Army Had a great day today! Low 70s, sunny. Washed one of the cars, spread grass seed and hay. Got a little sun. Don't fear, my Icelandic comrades! Warm weather like this here in late winter brings severe weather! (Tornadoes and bad storms!) Did a very light recovery ride in the neighborhood with spouse and kiddo #2. I took a bike that had a computer so I could track my mileage for the Peep Army! Just a little over 3 1/2 miles or so, slow, but it felt good after yesterday. Lots of spinning. 40/150 @ 26%. I may need to increase my goal, but I have to focus on that mtn. bike race on the 30th of this month. Went for a swim afterwards and broke 1000 yards into drill sets. Was going to do a "cool down" 50 yd set and call it a day, but rolled it into 75, which became 100... I hit a wicked "zone" and couldn't stop, just kept counting off each 50 yard set nonstop. Finally quit at 800. This after the 1000 yd drill sets. Was so stoked! A rest day & yoga are in order tomorrow! Didn't mean to talk too much! Roll on, Peep Army!
