Ready, Set, go....and we're off. I did 45 minutes on the trainer tonight. It does help that it is already Tuesday night(nearly my bed time) here.

Have a great April Fools Day all.

Hello! I am trying to get the group list into my blog, and it's not working. I've tried inserting it the way I would a picture (right click on image, click on properties, copy url, in blog click on little tree "insert/edit image" button and paste url). That doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong???

Thanks! I am in the slow technology group!

Hi Jocelyn,

Click on quote for the post, click on html, then copy & paste everything from <table... on into your log through the control panel under "edit training settings/goals".   Hope this helps.

Hi Team, I followed Roni here, because we are both Montana girls.

I was forced encouraged to do my first triathlon last April. It was a team event, and I was to do the 1000 yd. swim. 4 people per lane. Here is a breakdown of my thoughts for that swim:

Laps 1 - 5 : "Ya know, I really don't think I can do this."
Laps 6 - 10: "What in the world am I doing here? What was I thinking. I'm going to drown; no really, I'll probably drown."
Laps 11 - 15: "I'm probably going to have to quit now. Uuuugh, when I get out of this pool I'm going to throw up."
Laps 16 - 18 "Hey, I miscounted, I'm actually at lap 20. I'm done! I did it!"

And I was hooked. I did two solos last fall. I am slated for a sprint next Saturday (the aforementioned, only it will be solo.)

I am a SAHM/homeschooling mom of three teenage daughters, 16, 14, 13. Married to a patient, hard-working, triathlon encouraging man for 18 years. You can see my life in pictures at My Albums Leave me a message in my guestbook if you have time!

Hi Heidi! Welcome to the team, glad you're here!

The next post from me will be the updated chart with Heidi added. It's a little easier to copy and paste when posted by itself so here goes.

Well, I just toughened up and took an hour bike ride outside! It is only 38 degrees. My speed out was 19 mph, and my speed back only 13.77 mph. The wind was terrible, and I think I nearly frostbit my toes. But, I did it! Now I'm at almost 17% of my bike goal!

Good eve all,

I indeed got myself to the gym and swam and ran. Now I need to get a shower...some reason my Hubby and the Dog do not like Eu De Chlorine.

Have a good night all Pineapples!

Apparantly no one else wants the job, so I'll do it. I'll be captain. I like to play with spreads, and charts and stuff anyway!

The following post is in no way an attempt to upstage Roni. She asked me to post my table.
