Right now I'm drinking a Naked Power-C smoothie for breakfast. The bottle is like 500% of my Vitamin C for the day. Tastes pretty good and has lots of fruit too. Those are good - I find them in the airports a lot, but I cannot find them locally in my area. Buffalo is not really known for it's healthy lifestyle - can you say fried buffalo wings and pizza = health food. Around here it does! Plus hops & barley along with it! Mmm...pizza and beer! The dining hall at my University sells them and it's very close to my building. Nice for a quick cup of coffee or snacks. I can also find them at some of the grocery stores. It's been easier since the company got bought by Pepsi. |

I did a crit race in Richmond back in 1987 or 1988. Man that was a long time ago!!!! Guess I am getting old huh? I'm at VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University), but on the medical college campus. Crit races seem scary. I'm not sure enough about my bike handling skills to do one! |
