I had a hit on Saturday and on Sunday, but I had just finished a race and was a bit sore. I will do them today. The first will be from the list. I am going to make the second a little more fun by doing a half hour Hula workout-focusing on my core.
Wow, after being gone for 4 days I had only one hit and it was yesterday, so I caught up quick. But with all these misses early on, once they start to hit it is going to be busy. LOL
