Way to be social, lyssa! Maybe try just one post a day, then two, and then soon you'll be up to...um...where you are now. Which will be perfect.

Debating this now, with the presence of the running-only challenge. Then again, I just figured out today where the nearby lake is, and I'm pretty sure I know who I can sucker into paddling next to me. And I had the absolute most perfectest bike ride today. Hmm....

Oh screw it, I'm in.
Run: 15 sessions
Bike: 1 session
Swim: 1 session
Pushups: Every day (how's that song go again? "30 days hath September..." okay, so 30)

Dee, part of me very much wants to be on your team. And then the rest of me runs away screaming, and it kinda hurts when that happens. So let me go catch the chicken half and some thread to sew me back together, I'll be right back.

Run - 100 miles
Bike - 6 hours
Swim - 4 hours

I may have to increase the bike goal, but that's what I've got for right now.

I am in the run only challenge as well but thought it wouldn't hurt. I need to become friends with the bike and the bowflex again - and I haven't been in a challenge since March (hubby was just asking when I was going to be in another) Guess September is the month for 2.

I signed up in the spreadsheet but just in case - goals are:

9 hours of bike, 70 miles of run, 12 strength sessions

and if I just happen to lose a couple lbs. that wouldn't hurt either.

Hm. Does that mean you'd prefer to be on Mila's team? She only carries a whip. But it's pink. And she wears a sparkly tiara while cracking it at her teammates....

Pink whips hurt just as much as others... they just look a lot sassier.  Add me in my tiara to the picture and I am sure the only word that comes to mind is fierce.

Is it too late to join with groups already formed?  I was waiting until after Dr exam today to see if any issues would slow me down.  None reported yet.  Have 2 biopsies still to get answers from.

Goals - 6000 yds swimming   80 miles on bike (elliptical) and 40 miles running.  Additional workouts - situps/pushups  - 8 sessions

I can use the accountability.
