Swim - about ten minutes/600 yds
If they leave in the buoys then there will be turn ins for those who cannot stand the temps

Bike - Scenic 20+ miler,

Run - 3+ miles - run out and back, the back is whatever you feel - go for it

FOOD- we will find somewhere to congregate and chow

The only problem with waiting is if we do and the lake is Frozen it will be kinda hard to swim. I say we do it twice, that way if we can't do Nov. we at least still got it in.
