Mornin' Monsters!

2 miles for me last evening before the Vampires came out.

I'll be off the computer for the rest of today & tomorrow (race weekend!)

Can someone please make sure the trash talkin' on the other teams' forums continues?  I don't think we should neglect our Monsterous duties!

Looks like most everyone is logging their miles.  Hopefully the spreadsheet will be up soon so we can get them all posted.

Have a Massively great Monsterous weekend!

Kim

Got in 5 1/3 today and set a training PR without even trying. Guess running less the last few weeks due to a sore foot (that's not sore right now) helps. Good luck to anyone and everyone who's racing this weekend!

Hello...I've been out of town and although I've been able to get my runs in, I haven't been able to spend much time on the computer...so, I just figured out what team I am on!

Are we supposed to be filling in a spreadsheet anywhere?  I have 16.25 miles in for October, 4.08 tonight, although I am sick and had to do a good deal of walking.
