I went out and got a cabernet saugvinon to go with it. I picked up 3 blind moose, a label I hadn't tried before. I bought it cause it has a cute label. I usually don't do that but I couldn't pass it up! Decent for the price too (9 bucks). I think I'm gonna have to give this a try this week! Kelly, are you in Manhattan or another Borough?? |

If you ever need a training partner on the weekend, let me know i am only 45 mins from Manhattan and love to meet Bt'ers. Maybe we can get LazyMarathoner also (Kristin is another Manhattanite that just moved to Brooklyn) and make a group day, there are a bunch of BT'ers in the city! Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Determination I just ordered new wrist band things from road id. Got pink and black (you know, a girly color and a neutral one). Soooo, if anyone is ordering anything from them any time soon, here is the coupon code for an entire dollar off your order. ThanksErica453941 |

ThanksErica453941 Ooh, Nice! I visited Seattle Fabrics yesterday - it is a great resource for outdoor and sport related materials, also for things like toggles and clips...if you backpack breaks they are sure to have the replacement parts. Anyway, I purchased stuff to re-waterproof my backpack and jackets, black webbing with reflective strips woven in-I am going to make collars and leashes for my dog. I was also able to get all the tidbits to make the leashes and collars. I have been a bit nervous about running at night. Many of the streets are unlit. I also purchased some reflective tape/ribbon and will see about adding it to some of my workout gear. |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Determination Almost time to take Liam to school. That means it's almost time to run. I don't feel like running 4 miles today. I feel like taking a nap. Yup. A nap. That sounds much better than running 4 miles. Oh well, 4 miles will get run. I have to burn off those wine calories from last night! A nap won't do that for me will it? |

It's just 4 little miles....it'll be over before you know it. And think of how great you're going to feel afterwards! |

Just think--once you get through the 4 miles you can take that nap guilt-free if you want! You'll have worked off wine calories and done your workout today and then you can do whatever you want. I need the same motivation to do my run tonight. I don't wanna do it, but I know I have to. I just keep telling myself the sooner I start the soonre it's done..... |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: CHALLENGE Challenge - Determination Thanks for all the encouragement guys! I did get all 4 miles done (with an additional .25 too). I do feel better. Took it easy since my hamstring and knee have been twinging since my long run on Sunday. Now, on to nap! Not really, I have to run to the grocery to pick up some stuff for dinner tonight. I should vacuum the house too. Nah, that can wait! |

What's everyone's favorite cookies. I think chocolate chip are mine. Oh, indeed! I love fresh warm chocolate chip, and I like them crispy rather than chewy. But I'll take any, anytime, thank you! I baked some a couple of weeks ago, with Ghirardelli chocolate chips I'd gotten for Christmas. Oh, they were heavenly! Even though I don't have a real oven (I use a tabletop). |
