This week the swim workouts go from 2500y to 3000y, yet, the time allotted to each workout remains steady at 1 hour. Huh? Miscalculation? Or do they expect me to become superhuman starting this week? Anyway, did my first 3000 workout this morning. Furthest I've ever swam. Took me 1:14. Coincidentally, my pool has started opening up the pool 15 mins earlier - makes up for that extra time. or another way is to shatter the time records by finishing all legs at once! haha now that is my kinda race...run bike run! leave the swim for fishies!
