Hills plus beers at Gecko...this'll be three weeks in a row!!  I'm in!!

well if the masses are calling for drinks afterwards who am I to oppose...

Ah, yeah... basically go West on Windhaven... and before you make it to Josey/Main Street, look for a water tower... and then look for the back of a large building on your right. That is Sysco. But you can't tell from the backside (no signs!). If you get to Target (the backside) you have gone too far.

I drive a silver Mazda and Aimee has a SUV.

Great. I'm pretty excited seeing how I'm new to tri.'s and ALL my training has been solo.

And remember I'm very sensitive about being on a MTB. lol

Great! I'm in for the ride and most importantly the post-ride food/drink. What is our hill repeat number this week, Karen? I say we go for 10 repeats to make the post ride food/drinks worthwhile.

 So up the hill is one,, and down the hill is two right??  put me down for 8 downhills and 2 uphills

10??? Oh man. We will see if we can that many in before it's time for drinks and food.

Guess that means we better go faster! And I better get started quicker.

I'll be out there.  Not sure I'll ride hills though.  I'm in recovery mode...EASY riding.  I'll look for ya'll out there.

How the hell are you riding near Windhaven and not hitting any hills?

Naw, for him doing a recovery ride is probably going OUR speed up Windhaven. While we are huffing and puffing... he'll barely be pedaling and half asleep.

Haven't been riding enough so this is tempting. What time? And is Sysco or Gecko's the meeting place?

Ha.  I just mean I'm not hammering some hill repeats like I have in weeks past.  I like the trianer inside Gecko's.  That's a great idea.

I'm parking on the side street (east) of Gecko's and the apartment building.  The street name is Arbor Hills Way.  6 pm. 

So you can park at Gecko... or you can park at Sysco.

Sounds like the Gecko crowd will be there at 6:00. The Sysco crowd will be there at 6:30. Take your pick.

Man I missed it again! I was there but I think you guys were probably wrapping up when I got there.
