Morning team! Everyone is sooo quiet, I hope you are training....or having fun on this weekend. Survived the fun park yesterday, I was running thin on humor by the time I got home though. My body is way tired. I think part of it is from Thurs workout, but alot from yesterday. I have a run this morning, and normally I get excited to run. I will be lucky if I crawl.

Good afternoon everyone.  Just got back from a 1 hour and 40 min ride.  Started raining just as I got home.  For the rest of the weekend I've got an hour run planned for tomorrow and then I've also got Monday off so I may try and fit in another long ride if my legs feel up to it.

Long weekend here and i  started  with an hour run and 20 mins swimming this morning , that gets me on the scoreboard

for the challenge

Tomorrow is Malibu race rehearsal , the actual  race is next sunday ,  so easy OWS followed by  a hardish bike and brick run

Probably will  run it long well  past the turnaround  (5+ miles )  to make the race (4 miles) next week  feel quicker .

Also plan is to run negative splits in training .

Monday 's plan will be to improvise  .

Hi team!  weekend is so... so... We were on our way to visit my parents when our car broke down Friday night...Had to have a friend who lived near to where we are come get us and we stayed at his parents house for the night...We are finally home, but I missed my run dealing with this today.  Tomorrow I am going to ride my bike with my husband while he runs 18 miles.

Morning team...did a short run this morning. Lungs felt a tad clogged, and major smoke in the air. Stinky pigs, I think someone was burning their garbage...at 5am! Could have been a house fire I spose. It made the run feel hard.
