Expert ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() lkc01234 - 2010-02-25 1:54 PM I am a big fan of the Blue Collar Comedy tour guys :-D Edited for language.... "Some friends of mine asked me if I wanted to go to a strip club, and I didn't... want to go. But I ended up going 'cause- back me up on this, fellas- once you've seen one woman naked, you... pretty much wanna see the rest of 'em naked. It can be an old biker chick, you know they're gonna hang down to here. "Wanna see my ____!?" "Yeah, I do!" [cringes.] All right, that's enough- roll 'em back up, sweetheart!..." - Ron White On a similar note, I just now noticed that your avatar is edited a bit compared to the same pic in your album. I like the album version better. It's fun to imagine it with one color change. |

I don't remember who came up with the golden ratio, (had to be some curious and dedicated scientist) but if the waist to hips ratio on a particular women is close to .7, for most men it's like waving a flag in front of a bull.... ![]() Beauty can be quantified now. It's all based on symmetry, scale and ratios. Very scientific it is.... |

Pro ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() Amen and amen. I forwarded that study to my fiancé...he agrees whole-heartedly (He darn well better...anyone who knows me knows why). Of course, we're also talking about a man who collects 1950's pin-ups (sigh...love him). Oh, and he admitted on the phone to me today that he just bought that issue of New York magazine...because Christina Hendricks was on the cover. |

![]() I asked 17 male coworkers at work today what they considered to be "curvy".. All 17 described a Barbie doll. Sorry but I was disgusted... then a little insulted... then laughed at the thought of a barbie doll trying to do a triathlon and having to try to flatten those babies in a sports bra... Glad I am not like that.. I guess my idea of curvy and the mens idea of curvy is very much different.. And I completely agree with Atlantia.. Men do think differently than women when it comes to judging each others bodies... I am more interested in their brains and conversation ability than in thier love handles. As long as they are willing to go swimming or bike riding or out for a run or walk once in awhile and not judge me or expect me to be perfect or a "Barbie Doll" then they will have my complete attention! |

New user![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() lkc01234 - 2010-02-24 2:10 PM So now...instead of my upper body "curves" I should focus on the high hip to waist ratio? I can corroborate Sir Mix-a-lot's assertion that if a girl walks in with an itty, bitty waist and a round thing in your face, it can be rather stimulating. |

I would have said someone like Marisa Miller. While a supermodel, she's got some curves while staying thin..... Although on a side note, some recent pictures of her abs scare me. She is my FAVORITE VS model. |

Though I'm typically more interested in what my body can do than what it looks like, in the interest of science, the tape measure: .76 That's a bit north of flag-waving territory, but still curvy, trust me. |
