Kept peachy yesterday with an 8 mile ride.

I had a great ride this morning. Tomorrow will be 7 weeks since my heart procedure. I need to keep reminding myself that it will take time to get back to my 13 MPH averages. I realize 13 may not seem like much to some of you but for me it is where I was before the stroke and heart procedure.  When I went for my first ride after the procedure my average was around 10 and one was even slightly under that so I am getting stronger. I did 12 MPH average last night and today almost did 12.  Today's ride was longer and had hills. I got to a 33 MPH max on one of the downs. That was fun I couldn't make it up the Wild's Road hill so I had to walk it. It was that or keep going and not have the strength to get out of the clips and fall over on the blind curve and didn't think that was a good option

Now if I can just get the food consumption "peachy" I'd be doing great
