July 14th update:

45% of the month is over.  As a team we have achieved 39% of our goal

Rennick             bike 76%   run 48%   swim 51%   Overall 58%
G8RSAX           bike 54%  run 45%   swim 45%   Overall 47%
jkbostic              bike 34%  run 53%   swim 47%   Overall 45%
BonBonNeaser  bike  44%   run 32%   swim 56%  Overall 44%
Wakeman          bike 46%   run 21%   swim 50%    Overall 39%
Lara                   bike 37%   run 44%   swim 26%   Overall 36%
G8RLA94          bike 43%   run 22%   swim 41%   Overall 35%
Tpeterson02      bike 34%    run 40%   swim 39%   Overall 34%
Rkreuser            bike 0%     run 41%    swim 51%   Overall 31%
HookedOnTri    bike 10%   run 30%    swim 31%   Overall 24%

I've got a huge Friday, Saturday, Sunday planned with 12 miles on the pavement, 52 on the bike, and 5000y in the pool, which will bring me up from 45 to 66% on Sunday afternoon.  I've read in a couple of your blogs that you've got some good volume on the way for this weekend as well.  We need to make a stand this weekend and show the other teams what its like to be looking up at the winners.  Next Renee update is Monday morning.

GO TEAM YUENGLING!

I don't know how much I will be able to pull this weekend.  Sorry to let ya'll down!!  I will attempt some training, despite being threatened by my doc about my current cardiac status.   Had a couple of volunteers to "put in" some extra miles in my behalf, does that count???!!

I'll be out of town this weekend, so only running on the schedule. But no worries... i've got all the workouts planned out and have been conservative on the distances. I'm being dragged down by my bike percentage 'cause my long bikes (56 and 75mi) aren't until the last 2 weekends of the month.
GO TEAM YUENGLING!!!!
I'm having one right now!!

Poop!!!

My attempt to sneak in a swim this evening was spoiled by someone who pooped.  The pool at the Y was closed "due to an accident in the pool".  LOL  Therefore, Alex and I will be at the pool tomorrow, right after Le Tour is finished for the day.

Hey, I think I'll have a Yuengling!

GO TEAM!!!

The most important thing that you should be worrying about Miss Wendi is getting better!  Have a speedy recovery!!!

How is everyone's weekend going?  Mine has been unexpectedly productive for training.    I have logged a total of 3300 yards of swimming, and I still have a chance to squeeze in a run later tonight.

GO TEAM!

Okay, I was bored, so I updated the spreadsheet. As of today, 58% of the month is complete. We have 5 team members at or above 58%!!! In a surprise move, rkreuser has started riding his bike, and has pulled ahead of everyone but jkbostic & me. BonbonNeaser has fallen back to fourth place.

Team overall is 55%, which is incredible! Everyone is doing a great job.

Update is as of noon.

Thanks for the update, Jean!  Everyone is doing fantastic!

OK, now for the important question.  How many Yuengling did everyone down this past weekend?  (Fri, Sat, Sun)  I had 3 Friday and 2 Saturday for a whopping total of 5.  I didn't have any Sunday because I wanted to run Sunday night.

Pssst.... I don't drink beer.

Thought it was hilarious when I was put on this team, though. Drink a couple for me, if you can do it without retching

I don't drink beer either, so ya'll have at it!!

Echo is tomorrow, so HOPEFULLY I will get an "all clear" to get off my slacker tail and do some training!!  I tried to convince my doc that sitting on my arse is gonna cause me to have a heart attack quicker than swimming/biking/running, but he didn't believe me!!

GO TEAM YUENGLING!!

Awesome stuff.  No one ever doubted that you'd be back...just glad for you that everything turned out well.

Planning on kicking ass, taking names, and finishing up July with a freaking bang!!  Who's with me??!!

My legs are trashed, my sleep is bad, my diet is worse, and I can't wait to workout like a maniac until I've got ALL THREE DIGITS in my results.  That's 1-0-0 percent for you playing at home.  July is MINE.

What the heck is a Yuen-g-ling-a-ring-ding anyways?

It sounds like either an:

    a) a medical condition

    b) a disgusting body function

   c) a anime character

    d) a team that is NEVER gonna win this challenge!

looks like a "D" to me.............. yet another failing grade for this team........

Bring it, chumps!!!!!

LOL! I just realized why Team Yuengling is getting this fine attention from our fellow...err....athletes. Team Yuengling had a HUGE 2nd week and have vaulted from near last to 1st place! Way to bring it TEAM YUENGLING!

Update as of Monday am has everyone at:
1) Team Yuengling 55%
2) Team Thunderbird 54%
3) Team Lucky Lancers 54%
4) Team Guiness 52%
5) Team Hoss 51%
6) Team Good In-10-tions 51%
7) Team Endless Summer 50%
8) Team Crazy 8's 50%
9) Team Five Alive 48%
10) Team Coeur de Leon 39%

We're the rabbit now...everyone's doing the chasing. Another week like week 2 and we'll increase the distance between us and them. You can believe that the other teams are going to use this to motivate their team mates. Don't look back...you guys rock!

Ahhhhh - you guys must have been dreaming when Renee posted the rules. TEAM TEN IS LEADING NOW!!!! - yepper, you have a higher average percentage (barely), but it doesn't count unless the whole team is pulling their weight, like the Good In10tions are! Check out the point system and you will see that WE LEAD because we have more folks at or above 50% in all three sports. Now that is what I call an awesome team - TEAM TEN!!!!

Let's go, Team Yuengling!  Time to go on the attack and make the rest of this peleton attempt to follow us!

3x100%.....here we come!

Not to beat a dead horse, but do we know what the scoring system is yet? Looks like one way is the checkmark thing (you only count if you complete your goal), the other is the % completion. I'm confused.

Bored once again. Everyone is over 50% (except Wendi, but she's excused ) and overall team % is 60% Woo-hoo!! But, after today's workouts, we should be sitting around 64, so we still have some work to do. BonBonNeaser has pulled back into second place with a huge swim today!

Let's SBR our butts off today guys!!

Don't look now, but I just punched the swim goal over the 100% mark.  I've only got two sports to deal with now.  Heh.  IT IS MINE.

Teams 1-5, 7-10:  Watch and learn.
