Subject: RE: Weigh in Wednesdayforgot to enter this -- still at 167. Was able to start run/walk this week. Did 2 min run/1 min walk x 5-- no pain in my knee so I'll keep going with that pattern. Doing a 3-mile run/walk on the 27th--will try to do 3 min run/1 min walk for the 3 miles. It's snowing here and in the teens, supposed to be 5 degrees on Sunday. But, running (even in the snow ) is LOTS more fun than walking. |
