Subject: RE: Start the Insanity!That's one way that I used it - in addition, I had a running injury mid season and substituted some Insanity workouts when I would have been running (surprisingly, the Insanity workouts didn't aggravate my strained calf when running did ). As the season wound down, I launched into the program exclusively to take a break from SBR and maintain fitness and total conditioning. Now that it's over, my interest in resuming SBR training is renewed - it was just the break I needed - I just hope I didn't lose too much.  |
