Expert 620 Guelph, Ontario | Subject: RE: March Challenge - Crazy Canucks! Crazypop - 2006-03-03 3:38 PMOh, Elly, I have been watching the 1999 and 2000 tour de france, trying to get the gumption to ride, well I noticed a guy finished a bike ride with his collarbone broken in 3 places. Now, if he can do that, I think, you should be able to ride with a measly broken arm Well, ok, I can't say nothing, I just have a broken will! wow.. well I guess if I was in the Tour, I would suck up the pain and just finish the damn race too. Now go get on your bike!! What are you waiting for??!?! Edited by Elly 2006-03-03 2:42 PM |

Now go get on your bike!! What are you waiting for??!?! Well I think you guys are just making excuses for not sitting on a thin piece of rubber... at least you guys are running, which for me is my weak area.... although I have noticed that I have improved more and more on my running than any of the other 2 sports.... albeit, biking has not really been an issue for me, except for the strain it puts on my lower back, thus doing spinning classes will help me strenghten my core. Elly just remember that when you get tired of running and you start pumping your arms harder, you DO NOT WANT TO HIT YOURSELF IN THE FACE.... Paco |

Bike training... well today i did a shift at work with the bikes... first time on an actual bike since August last year.... it was tough... but not too bad... gonna keep hitting the pavement and gliding over it with rubber tires... I am sick of the fake run and bike.... Thank god for West Coast weather!!! |

Pro 3705 Vestavia Hills | Subject: RE: March Challenge - Crazy Canucks! Global - 2006-03-06 12:20 AM Here is our progress for week 1 James: VERY cool spreadsheet ... but in the interest of utilizing a standardized format, would you please convert your results into the attached format that the other teams are utilizing? I have no pride in authorship in that I unabassedly stole it from DRM's (Don) Florida Force run challenge tracking sheet. It will just make it easier to do the final calculations as well as 'stare and compare' throughout the challenge. The weekly results should be posted to the "March Maddess Weekly Results" thread, which should shortly be 'push-pinned' to the top of the forum. Also, if you have not done so, would you please post your team roster + goals to the "March Team Meeting" thread. THANKS! |

to all the southerners: because the cold doesn't whip your face (like it does for us here), then Canadians must whip your a$$ . It's the law of balance |
