Good morning. Captains, could you please use the attached spreadsheet to report your team goals and progress? DRM, thanks for making up the template for it; I just made a few changes to it. Also, as you will see, I typed "link to blog" in the last cell of the team member column. If could just copy the link for your team members' blogs and past it into those cells that would be great as it would make it easier for all of us to check up on the progress of the participating members. Thanks guys.

I'll captain a west coast team if people don't mind a little suspense in the beginning of the month. I'm leaving town tomorrow and I won't be back until next Tuesday (4/11), so I probably won't have any communication. So, I'll be kind of a crappy leader for a while. It doesn't bother me personally, because I captained the all-time greatest team, "The Crazy Eights," during the summer multisport challenge, so I have a little bit of an idea of what I'm supposed to do. Hmm, I don't remember if I was a good leader back then either...

If you want to join the team, check out the thread that I'm about to make. Throw some goals at me, either on the thread or over PM. Swim. Bike. Run. And we'll kick some butt.
