I am the original poster and wanted to provide a quick update. I had a lot of people mention to me I had great progress and to keep it up. I am proud to say that I have. I ran a half marathon in November, and met my goal of running it in under 2 hours (1:58). I am doing some off season work, but have mostly been focusing on getting rid of fat and gaining muscle. Here is a before and after picture, 364 days apart. I weighed 303 in the first one, and 199 in the second. For those of you out there with New Year's Resolutions, work hard at it. Mine was to lose weight. Let me tell you it was worth it. Everyone have a great year!!
Very impressive result. It is one thing to finish a HIM but to get a HM in under 2 hours from being 300 lbs....that is amazing man. Keep it up, be careful, but keep it up. |
