Every time I see those I think of my employee who said there was shellac listed as one of the ingredients. Shellac is not one of the "listed" ingredients, but there are over 25 things listed. I know, eat a piece of fruit. But, that just doesn't cut it some days.

Master 2504 Southwest Iowa | Subject: RE: TAN #196 BlaTANt Adulation for Yanti the Indefatigable! Now that my mind is thinking about DONUTS, does anyone remember the old fashioned glazed donuts that had a crunch coat, or was that just a small town Iowa thing? Also remember that I am almost 50, so this may be a thing of the past... It was a "treat" for my family when I was young. The place that made them quit making donuts while I was still in school, and I am almost drooling now thinking about trying to find one. |

Puerto Rico for my first HIM Awesome man. You're gonna kick it. So did you ride your bike indoors with your aero helmet? Did you leave your blinds open for your neighbors??? |

Elite 5145 Cleveland | Subject: RE: TAN #196 BlaTANt Adulation for Yanti the Indefatigable! Hehe, I did ride with it, but the window thankfully faces my back yard so nobody could see me. It's a new helmet that I'd never worn and this was my only opportunity to actually wear it while sweating away on the bike. I figured I should wear it at least once before I race with it The nice thing is that I found that it didn't feel heavy at all (some reviews had said that it was) and I had no trouble holding the aero "head up" position. |

You need more practice with it I think. You should wear it to a spin class this week at a local gym and on a run outside. You probably should wear it to the grocery store as well. I just don't think you did enough to break it in. Nothing new on race day right? |

I'm doing an indoor tri this Sunday... should I wear it for that? I think I could swim with it.
Edit: can't, anyway, hehe... it gets dropped off with the bike today so that I don't have to worry about taking it in luggage. Edited by cgregg 2013-03-01 11:33 AM |
