I cringed when I read your post. Every two months... You are one tough hombre! I'd drink more water but I'm scared to pee. The pain is soo intense - a little better today but I'm still brutally painful. Any ideas? Maybe I will take a few of the pain meds they gave me and just drink water like it's my job. They also have me on Uristat - do you think that helps? |

And I aint lowering my goals, it was in red! You're... a taser target? Hm, no. That's probably not it. I don't think many people volunteer to be taser targets. At least, not on a regular basis.... I should have just kept reading the thread. Although, the extra post did help boost my post count. KWDreamun - 2013-04-01 9:24 AMI want in. I need accountability on the swim. The swim is keeping me from entering a lot of tri's and enjoying the ones I do. My goal is to swim at least 4 times and hopefully 5 times per week with each session being a minimum of 1 mile. Hopefully by the end of April, I will be able to swim 2 miles in a session. Since I'm a non-swimmer is that unrealistic? If you have access i would recommend working with master group or a swim coach , This will make your time in the pool much more productive . The coaches i have worked with said 3 swims a week is plenty for age grouper . You are better to practice good form than power through workouts . Good form is essential on the longer events . There are online ressourses too of course but nothing beats getting a coach for feedback and drills & workout advice. |
