Sorry I didn't get much in last week.  I was working too much in my lab, so I didn't have time to get out there.  I will do much more this week.

You will need to make adjustments to the weekly goal percentage amounts (cells F7, G7, H7, and I7), they are basing the % off of a 28 day month, and we have 32 days this month to finish.

Also, Joblin is not included in the Avg's.  Once both of those updates are made, we are at 34.93% (versus 32.56% before the updates) for the "Avg % of Goal" and out team's combined percentage is at 17.46% (versus 16.28% before the updates)

Second place makes us work harder.  It's all about the CHALLENGE!  I'll be at swim goal after my next swim and I'll be approaching my bike goal this weekend.  Just gotta get the runs in.  Lots of running for me this week, I should be getting close on that soon too!

GO BLUE!  Let's move up this week!!!

Here I was going to give you grief about setting your goals to low if you are that close already, but now I figure you are just starting IMAZ taper.   Good luck

And as Lawyerchick says above, IT'S HAMMERTIME, ramping up the rest of the month

I've already done more this week than I did last week, so that should help us out.

Well I'm a little behind on the swimming, just can't seem to get to the pool. I will find new motivation though and get there . I'm ahead in running and biking though so if need be I can swim 4 or 5 times the last week of march to make the goal. Today I got dropped off at work and just brought some running shoes so I have to run home! I've got a 45 min run planned so including that run here is where I stand.

SWIM: 3:25/10 hours ~ 34.2%

BIKE: 11:03 / 20 hours ~ 55.3%

RUN: 4:39 / 10 hours ~ 46.5%

Here's my plan for this weekend:

Thursday: 2 mile run
Friday: 15 minute run
Saturday: 8k race
Sunday: 1/2 marathon

Obviously, this weekend is all about the running.  That'll leave me more time to focus on the swimming for the rest of the month.
