Essentially if you're trying to lose weight and train for a triathlon, you really should be doing them both to some extent. I think you should be focusing on the IMKY and less on the weight loss. If you train and eat the way you should, you will end up being happy with the results you see on the scale. If you focus on weight loss primarily and then on IMKY, it's going to be harder to cross the finish line.
Just get out there and do it. You can do it. You will do it. Just focus on finishing the race and staying healthy. |
