Doing downward dog, plank, and similar ball-o-foot poses one-footed due to a foot injury. Had to do the same thing last year when I broke a toe. Keeps it interesting. wow your shoulders must be uber strong! doing my first sweaty yoga tomorrow. wish me luck Oooh sweaty yoga ... Yoga for Athletes gets me hot, too! I'm incorrigible, I know. How come nobody pledged tantric yoga? All right, all right, I'll stop. Unfortunately I'm stopped on sweaty yoga or any other for a week, per doc's instrux. Got a slipped cervical disk, although I'm in great shape, healing well, and should be good to go late next week. In the meantime, saph, enjoy it for me! |
