that was super fun beth!! LOL
hector, gonna have to agree with beth on the "you are hot" stuff. total tri hottie.
alTHOUGH i did think the image of you being a knuckle dragger was fun.
i think the pics are a good idea though, i'll have to get a good one.
and i'm not so much with the ding dongs. i made a pan of fudge just a few days ago, and so far, i've been able to stay away from it, but it's calling......calling......calling..........
it's saying, "lyssa, come get me, i'm delicious......."

ON the other hand, i'm down a couple more pounds, so that's what's kept me out of it to date.
will look for a good photo and post soon

sorry guys - I was trying to get fancy and make one of Dee's tables - it obviously backfired - LOL

Don't be sorry, I think it is a sign that big things are in store for this team...like a bigger message frameWink! Maybe this bump up will help, or maybe Marmadaddy will!

Have a great day, everyone! 5 mile "tempo" run on my plan today.

Hi Guys!

I must beg forgiveness as I have been "incomunicado" for a bit...(see when you say incommunicado it sounds SO much more mysterious than "I was hanging out with my family who don't understand my BT needs"

Anywho...this is me, I am a super newbie, never done a tri - with my first sprint tri on the horizon for May...at this point I know I can do the event S L O W L Y...it's those dang butterflies that keep getting in the way, I think they are causing draft issues and slowing me down.

I really need to work on my running as that's my worst event...so this challenge is perfect...

I really liked the "twisted blisters" name...
