Subject: RE: Team #1 - August 4 is More ChallengeOkay, so we have 6 days left (including today ) and I need: 166 minutes of swimming 315 minutes of cycling 26 minutes of running (this will bring me to 110% ) 270 minutes of yoga So it looks like I can fit it all in if I do this - Today: 120 min bike (already did yoga that I counted in the spreadsheet ) Tomorrow: 60 min swim, 60 min bike, 60 min yoga Friday: 60 min swim, 26 min run Saturday: 90 min bike, 30 min yoga Sunday: 120 min yoga Monday: 46 min swim, 45 min bike, 60 min yoga Damn. I guess I don't really need to sleep, do I?  I can/will do this! |
