Chipping away at my remaining goals...57 minute swim (2000M) today - my longest ever!

My swim goal was based on time for the month instead of distance (as I actually thought I might get in some OWS's during my vacation - ha!), so I am considering backstroking the entire swim for the Chicago Olympic this weekend - should just about get me to my goal time!  Kidding of course, but I can't say it didn't cross my mind!

Nice swim!  I would say you are ready for the oly!

Okay, so we have 6 days left (including today) and I need:

166 minutes of swimming
315 minutes of cycling
26 minutes of running (this will bring me to 110%)
270 minutes of yoga

So it looks like I can fit it all in if I do this -
Today: 120 min bike (already did yoga that I counted in the spreadsheet)
Tomorrow: 60 min swim, 60 min bike, 60 min yoga
Friday: 60 min swim, 26 min run
Saturday: 90 min bike, 30 min yoga
Sunday: 120 min yoga
Monday: 46 min swim, 45 min bike, 60 min yoga

Damn. I guess I don't really need to sleep, do I? I can/will do this!

Morning team! Got in a nice ride last night and hitting the outdoor pool tonight!  Will try for some strength Friday, just to bring my totals up a bit.

Hope you're all having a spiffy day.

Whew..was getting worried that your final stretch schedule wasn't going to be enough of a challenge. This fills it in nicely.

Brick bike / run completed this morning. Made it out at 5:55am before sunrise so was a nice start to the ride and got to try out the spiffy new Seca 700 light I upgraded to for the fall season.

I wimped out on my 10 mile run today because of the rain.  Planning to work in a spin class later today instead.

Hey good morning.

Gonna run today.  See how my knee and back feels. I feel like I'm 90 years old! Good grief.  Had a nice swim last night in a new pool at my new gym. Very nice indeed.

Anyone racing this weekend?

Tomorrow I will probably ride and or run a little bit, and also volunteer to help prepare everything for Sunday's triathlon.
