I'm at least at 60% I think, I just logged another 6 miles from today and yesterday. I haven't been able to remain consistent and my swimming and cycling have suffered. Things are good just real busy. Thanks for the inspires, i love logging in and seeing them. (bike2.JPG) Attachments ---------------- bike2.JPG (59KB - 18 downloads) |

Elite 3494 Renton, Washington | Subject: RE: Running with Scissors Pants! Well ladies and gents. I've decided for the better to take a hiatus from the internet for a bit. Don't worry I will still be logging my workouts etc. I feel too down to deal with da inranets at the moment and I think, seeing as the weather here in Seattle is going to be good for the rest of the week that I'll treat myself to something outdoors for a change. I sit online way too much and there's certain areas I go to (not porn) that has gotten to me really badly and I refuse to let it win!!!
I will be back. Like I said. I'll log my workouts and update the spreadsheet. Wouldn't be very nice of me just to wander away, that would be letting ma scissors down!!!!!!
Have fun running! MWAH! |

Elite 3471 Evergreen, CO | Subject: RE: Running with Scissors G'morning all! I have seminar today and tomorrow so I have to commute more than my usual 2 miles (like 40 each way) so running will have to wait til the weekend. We celebrated Ted's bday last night, celebrate Katrina's tomorrow night, and tonight is vday so I guess I have to hang out w/ my honey rather than run. Which isn't all bad Have a good one!! |

I never thought I'd ever be this busy. It's a good thing but dang i need a break. Hence I'm off for the next five days. Taking my wife shopping today for her coach bag that she wants so much, why are these dang things so expensive? It's just a bag to stuff things into! Additionally she's planning our night out tonight so I know dinner is involved not sure about the rest. I plan to ride the bike tomorrow to Apple Pie Country (Julian) and enjoy the 70 degree weather. They also make great Buffalo burgers there so I'm looking forward to that and lets not forget a motorcycle getaway with a great band. Should be a great and relaxing day. To all the ladies here I hope you have a great Valentines Day. |

They also make great Buffalo burgers there so I'm looking forward to that and lets not forget a motorcycle getaway with a great band. Should be a great and relaxing day. To all the ladies here I hope you have a great Valentines Day. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO JEALOUS...I love Julian...went there after those devastating fires to give them business...bought lots of apple pies...YUMMY! and went to the general store and if you go upstairs...there is a man who takes the really old time photos where you dress in the early 1900s garb...hope you will go check it out and get a picture...great fun and they turn out great! Have a piece of pie for me...and you are right the buffalo burgers are to die for! Happy V day Hector...way to buy that coach purse...I am sure you will be getting something extra special for that! hehe By the way, I'm not sure what to think of the inspire you sent me this morning. I almost spilled my coffee laughing. Man have I missed you!!! glad you will be eating the pie for me...as you can see from the pic I sent to you today...I probably should stay away from pie and for that matter....every food type! fruits and veggies included...time to live off my own fat for a few years! hehe Just sending you "lots" of love! hehe and for all you who may have not been so lucky to get this inspire....here is what hector is speaking of: gotta go run...can someone help me with my tennies? |
