We're currently 20 minutes behind because we Tivoed the fashion part and I wanted to watch that first. Tivo is awesome. It would have sucked to watch that live. I watched the AMGEN Tour of California. Even on a "noneventful day," that would MUCH more interesting than the Oscars will EVER be. Heard that George won today's stage. Yay, hometown guy that sometime whizzes past me up the Saluda watershed! |

He was gone so fast I had no idea until someone in our group said "Did you see George?" I also had the pleasure of being passed by Levi and Chris Wherry the day before the USPRO road race in 2006. They were doing some training while we were riding in an LAF charity event! They chitchatted with the group and signed autographs at the top of the climb! Sometimes it is nice to live in SC! |

I have HUGE amounts of respect for Chris Horner... but he is now on Astana I think? Levi is quietley likeable, Freddie Rodriguez, Dave Zabriske, Christian Vandevelde, Danielson (cant remember his first name), Bobby Julich (but he is Europe based too isnt he?)... There is a bunch of great Aussies over there too at the moment Rory Sutherland, Hilton Clarke, Henk (sp?) Vogels... Seriously must be amazing seeing how these guys ride in real life though! What a pity, I have the time to read since I'm resting today but can't comprehend more than a couple of sentences to catch up on my reading. I don't want to work on the blanket I'm making for a friend because I don't want to get germs all over it before the baby gets it...I think the couch is calling me... |

Get some potplants to be the forest or something you are riding through? If she has some pot plants, there'd be no need to simulate the breeze of being outdoors...she'd be flying in said breeze... (couldn't let that one get by without a comment). Morning Nibbs! I stayed home from work today. I NEVER call in sick, but after a night of chills and heavy, unproductive coughing and hacking...
